 As a student and graduate of Premiere Career College, you are entitled to the benefit of our Career Development and Placement Assistance Services. Our Career Development staff serves as a liaison between you and the businesses/medical communities. Information on job search techniques are provided based on the current needs of the local businesses and industry.
A successful job search is dependent upon your confidence, willingness, and preparedness. Throughout your program, you will receive instruction on résumé preparation, market research techniques and interviewing skills. While in training, you will be constantly advised regarding opportunities for job interviews, how to prepare, appear, and conduct yourself at such interviews. You will compose a résumé and letters of introduction. We offer helpful reference sources to assist you in locating firms and geographic areas offering employment opportunities related to your training. As you get closer to graduation, your job search activities generally intensify. Since our Career Development Department maintains job information on local and nationwide businesses and industries, you are encouraged to maintain close contact with this department and utilize this information.
Our Career Development staff is also available to assist in future years when alumni contemplate a change in position.
As a graduate of Premiere Career College, you must have the legal right to accept employment in the United States. Graduates who are not citizens must produce current proof of ability to accept employment, i.e., a green card, work permit or a letter from the INS showing valid "A" number or permanent residency.
The instructional design of our programs utilizes a cooperative learning approach designed to place you in teams to reinforce learning activities. In addition, you are encouraged to form study groups in order to support your learning experience throughout your educational program.
